When will this dispute be resolved?

Okay, somebody took your ball and went home. Now you need to go and get it. You knock on the door of your friend to get your ball back. He says it’s his despite your name on it.
You played a great game. Your friend won but then he ‘stole’ your ball. Now no one can play ball with you.
Do you ask for your ball back? It’s yours, right? Or do you give it to him and go get another one?

As Xfinity subscribers who want to watch NFL NETWORK are not allowed to watch NFL NETWORK because someone stole our ball and took it home.

They’re not giving it back because it’s their’s now. It’s being a bully.
Please resolve it. Give our ball back. We pay for it. We should get what we are paying for.

Thanks for reaching out about NFL programming. The agreement to carry NFL Network expired, so it’s no longer available with Xfinity. This includes NFL RedZone and any related Xfinity Stream and On Demand programming.

Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and, so far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for its customers.

I know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be inconvenient. Thank you for understanding. For more information, you can visit xfinity.com/programmingchanges.

Why does negotiating a contract take so long? Be adults and get it done? It’s easier than exchanging school lunch items when you’re a kid.
You have subscribers to think about. Or does that matter? You people made over 100 billion in profits last year and you can’t budge a bit to make this deal happen?
  Please make this happen!

Hello, @elbaamparo and thank you for your feedback. We all want to see National Football League (NFL) Network programming return to Xfinity TV. There's still time. Comcast continues to work towards making this programming available again with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers. Comcast pays networks and station owners for the ability to deliver their programming to Comcast customers. Agreements are negotiated to bring customers the best value for the content they want. For more information, see xfinity.com/howitworks.

I agree with the OP. Comcast has got to get a deal done.

Get it back during training camp. If you dont this household is out on cable. Its just too expensive. The commercials we are force fed should cover a NFL network deal.

I couldn't agree more.

I pay extra for access to both NFL Network and NFL RedZone as part of their Sports and More Extras package.

This isn't right, and unless they want a class action lawsuit from those of us who are paying extra and not getting what we paid for, they should solve this dispute NOW. They are charging some of us 9.95 a month, and I'm sure that taxes are extra. That's already at the minimum of 22 bucks for the last two months of not getting what we are paying for!
