Very difficult to change my plans

Hello, writing here for my mother who has your service. We have been trying for days to adjust her very old plan to something more current and useful for her situation. Want to return some equipment, reduce channels, and do away with phone service, but it is impossible to reach anyone who can help when i say we want to "downgrade" We truly do not want to switch providers but will unless we can get this resolved shortly. It has been very frustrating and currently the lan has grown too expensive. Please respond, and I would love to speak with someone on Monday. Thanks, Chris H

Hey @user_80c9dc, thank you for reaching out to us on our forums. I'm sorry you haven't been able to get help with your mom's account and I can certainly go over the options. I manage my mom's account too and know how every dollar can make a huge difference. When ready, can you send us a direct message? You can send one by clicking the "message" icon in the upper right corner of our forum page by the alerts icon. Once you click on that, click the new message icon that looks like a pencil and paper. From there, input our shared handle Xfinity Support to send us a direct message.
