Upgrade TV package without upgrading TV boxes
Is it possible to upgrade my tv package by just adding channels and not having to exchange equipment? I’d like to just keep the boxes I have since they were just oinstalled a couple of months ago. Thanks!

You do not need to update the equipment and we should be able to get the plan changed with us. To get started please send us a DM with your full name and service address. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
