Upgrade equipment email
can I talk to a real person please? I received an email saying I need to upgrade my equipment. When I follow the link it says my equipment is up to date, then gives me a button that upgrade equipment and says I need a box that costs $9.99/month more. Do I have to pay more just to keep what I have?

If your equipment still works I would just ignore the e-mail. If you run into a problem at a later date you can see about updating, then.
If it isn't broken, don't fix it.
