Unable to link peacock with Xfinity internet

I have attempted to redeem my reward with peacock subscription. As everyone else I see is having the same problem without assistance from Peacock or Xfinity. I only have internet service per Xfinity internet. When following the instructions I get to linking account and reads error unable to link at this time.

Xfinity automated service are to laugh at. There are dozens of inability to link. How about you step up and provide us with service.

It would be nice to get a response from the techs that are to monitoring these request.  Should I use new email addresses or what????

I have a similar issue...my complimentary Peacock Premium worked from June 2023 through January and then stopped. The Xfinity website says my Peacock Premium is activated but when I sign into to Peacock I get a screen saying I need to subscribe to one of their plans. I have called and texted Xfinity 13 times and repeatedly been told the issue is fixed but it is not. Now what? I have an email that says I have complimentary Peacock Premium through June 2025.

@nvaroga Thank you so much for letting us know you are running into an issue with your Peacock subscription. To start let us make the rest of our system shows you redeemed your offer. When you access Xfinity.com log in with your Primary Xfinity ID. Once there hit the chat Icon to access the Xfinity assistant.  When you get there check for a message that says “Your Peacock subscription is ready for activation.” If you see that banner select Activate Now to link your account. If not you can check your preferred email address you have on file for us for a message stating: “Next steps to get Peacock Premium at no Extra Cost.”  If you have that email follow the link to complete the activation. If you can not locate that email we can have you go to Peacocktv.com. If your offer was correctly linked when you log in using the correct email address you will not be asked to set up a plan. When you log in if you see options for Subscriptions I would try a different email address. This can include an email address you may not have listed on your Xfinity account. Once you have tried all possible Email addresses including ones not attached or listed to your Xfinity account if you are still running into the error let us know.

Thank you for your reply. I redeemed my offer in July 2023 and watched Peacock successfully until the end of December, when I could no longer access Peacock Premium. When I check my Xfinity account, it says my Peacock Premium subscription is active, but it IS NOT.

I tried all your steps and am still getting the same error. I signed into Xfinity and clicked on the chat but Xfinity Assistant did not have a message for me about Peacock. I checked my Xfinity email and I did not have an email from Xfinity about Peacock. When I tried to log in to Peacock with my Xfinity email and password, Peacock says the username does not exist. When I try to log in with my Yahoo email (I had a paid account previously), Peacock shows me a screen that asks me to select a plan. I have no other Peacock usernames to try.

We got a replacement modem from Xfinity on December 15 because ours was overheating. Could this problem have something to do with having a new modem?

Thank you. I clicked on the link and got the following error message..."Xfinity 404. The page could not be found or you don't have permission to view it." I saw that I wasn't signed in, so I tried again after signing in and received the same error message.

Maybe you need to cancel your PAID subscription but keep the account open. and THEN Try linking it with xfinity.

If not, Do you have any punctuations in your name? Removed one that is in my name and it worked.

Thank you for the suggestion. @MaDDDDDDDDD. I had a paid subscription once upon a time but did not have an active, paid subscription at the time I accepted the Xfinity offer for free Peacock. Also, the only puncutation in my username is the @ symbol that is part of the email address.

Add me to the list, being sent in circles. Should have 2 years of free Peacock, but no one can see to help me access the included Peacock Subscription. Xfinity says I have activated my peacock account, but peacock is not picking it up or giving me any option to redeem a promo or link my account back to xfinity.  3 weeks and several calls to Xfinity and no progress. If there are such issues, just don't offer the promo. But on principal I don't want to pay out of pocket more $ for what I should be receiving as part of what I am already paying xfinity for. Super frustrating circle of issues with no resolution.

In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area
