To verify your channel lineup, you can sign in to your Xfinity Account and view your channel lineup here: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/channel-lineup-bundles. Ion Mystery is not generally carried as a standard cable channel by Xfinity as it is considered a digital subchannel, and dependent on your local market.
If you have an X1 capable receiver, you may be able to access it through the Xumo App (free) by holding down the voice (microphone) button on your remote and saying "Xumo" to load the Xumo App, and once loaded, holding the voice button again and saying "Ion Mystery."
