TV pixelating after Xfinity does line work (underground utility lines) in my community

My TV (it's actually both TV) are pixelating when I watch any programs, live TV and reruns on any networks, the only thing not pixelating is watching on-demand or apps thru the X1 box, help! I have restarted my box by unplugging the cable box, I have unplugged the cable line, Xfinity has done a restart and refresh, I also did a restart and also a system refresh thru the setting on the TV, nothing is working!

Last week on 7/30 & 7/31 Xfinity did work on the underground lines in my community (Varsity Lakes) in Lehigh Acres, the internet works fine, my home security and mobile work fine, it is just the TV, I pay for TV services so I should be able to watch my TV, but I CANNOT!

According to AI & copilot it is an issue with the lines coming to me, not my box or my house, it was described as white noise and/or traffic in the outside lines plus weak signal being sent thru the underground lines!!! Xfinity messed up but is refusing to fix their error

Just wanted to post an update for anyone experiencing similar problems with Pixelation. Xfinity had to replace the line running from the street to my house, then they also replaced the Modem to an X8 box, since they are going away from traditional cable boxes they upgraded my old X1 cable boxes to new 4k streaming boxes instead. I am happy to report no pixilation issues and no spinning circle of death while trying to watch apps, everything is working as it should now!

1 oddity though, my Xfinity App is saying it is detecting internet issues on the overview page and telling me to schedule an appointment, I having no internet issues so ignoring it for now!
