Terrible customer service dropped calls looking for help!!

Reached out for support spent tons of time with customer assistant and agents only to be hung up on TWICE when attempting to speak with a manager. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. If anyone monitors these forums please have someone reach out who can help me.

No help here either.  Been stood up on 3 occasions waiting for technician.  Been through all the trouble shooting and got to the part where I need technician.  One scheduled 3 times and no one ever came!!!
