Hey @user_qmk3wc, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience through our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. Our systems should be up and running after a very brief interruption to their services due to a system update. If you are still experiencing issues, please let us know.
user_xiqs7c -It's important to us that you're able to enjoy your favorite shows without interruption! To help us better understand what's happening, are the TVs the only devices having trouble connecting to the internet, or are other devices affected as well?
Also, where is your modem located in relation to the TVs? Have you had a chance to check the Xfinity app for any service alerts or available troubleshooting recommendations? It works great and is easy to use. Often, connectivity issues can be resolved with a few quick troubleshooting steps, such as checking your equipment, restarting your devices and modem, and testing other devices on the network. If we're unable to resolve the issue remotely, we can also help schedule an experienced Xfinity technician to take a closer look. Rest assured, we'll work with you every step of the way to get to the bottom of this.
