TBS

I am a former employee and still have a courtesy account, suddenly TBS says I do not have access. I use an XFINITY wireless box and it is happening on both of my tvs?

Is that the only impacted channel or are you missing others? What troubleshooting steps have you completed? I know you mentioned you still have an employee account, have you made changes to switching the account over? Please let us know.
