Tampa Bay Rays

Why aren't they showing the Tampa Bay Rays games anymore in SW Florida, channel 402, which is now called Bally Sports?

What can we do to see those games again?

It could be that somebody decided that you live in the Miami Marlins area but not the Tampa Rays one. See if you can get Marlins games on channel 401.

There are two upcoming Rays games that are supposed to be on 402; see if you can see those.
Thursday, 1:00, against Oakland
Friday, 7:00, against Houston

Hello, @user_55b751! Thank you for reaching out to us over our Community Forums. We can totally understand your question. It's important to remember, however, that sometimes sports can be subject to blackout restrictions. A blackout is when sports teams and leagues (or schools and conferences) prohibit certain games from being seen on certain channels due to ticket sales or games being carried on other channels. To learn more about how blackout restrictions affect your favorite sport, please follow this link:  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/sports-blackouts

I live in Tallahassee market and can watch the TB Rays on the non-HD broadcast (channel 28?) but can't watch the HD (Channel 402) feed.  Why is that?  I get marlins' games on both.  Just weird and annoying.

If the channel programmer is not broadcasting the game in HD, we will have no HD feed to pass along to our customers. In order to identify if this is a channel broadcasting concern or a Comcast concern, can you please share with us what you are seeing when you tune to channel 402 when these games are airing?

Thanks so much for the information. We look forward to hearing back from you.
