stuttering audio on a channel
I am experiencing stuttering audio on Xfinity TV channel 22. I am in zip code 30041. I need this channel for a special reason. It happens on ALL my devices so I know its not my hardware. Is there anyone here who can help fix this issue?

When you say stuttering, are you referring to the picture, or audio?
