.Stuck on Welcome screen after disconnecting system and reconnecting after painting the room?
Reset Box, system etc. on xfinity app.
Get to the welcome screen then nothing but back to HDMI setting and black screen? Tried Chrome Cast in both HDMI slots and it works fine? Old Panasonic Viera TV. Cables tightened...

Hey @user_c948e1, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our Forums. Since the welcome screen is showing, it should be an issue with the HDMI port unless it is related to the handoff. We may need to reprogram the box or replace it. Can you send us a direct message so we can help?
