stream app on fire stick

Please fix app so the closed captions is NOT automatically on. It’s a pain to have to keep turning off the CC every single time you change channels.

Thank you @user_883816 for letting us know that you are seeing this issue; it appears that our Reddit community has found the fix for this by turning the Closed Captioning off within the Firestick itself. Please give that a try and let us know if it does not work!

thank you. yes this worked, but this is a work around, the issue still needs to be addressed within the xfinity stream app. thank you.
