Still No Peacock Banner

Got the email for free Peacock Premium as a Gig internet subscriber. Signed into my account on both on the app and in my browser, neither has ever has the activation banner. Tried using chat assistant, no help. Read through EVERY article and tried everything suggested, including signing in and out on Flex, reaching out to Peacock, and talking to an agent in the chat on both Peacock and Xfinity. Peacock agent couldn't help me after looking at my account, and they said I needed to talk to someone from Xfinity. Xfinity agent sent me an article to review while "they looked into it". Still haven't heard back, still no banner. So sick of getting the run around, why has this rollout been so difficult to implement?
