Starter Vs Extra

What is the difference in channel lineup between:

Digital Starter 140+ and

Extra 125+ ?

I'm not able to find a comparison between the two? Curious to what channels we would be losing switching from 140+ to 125+. A side by side comparison would be great, but the only one I can find compares the 10+, Extra, and Preferred.
