Sound cuts out on NBC

Sound is cutting out on NBC.  Sometimes it is just the commercials.  Sometimes commercials have sound but the show doesn't.  Happens during local news for sure.  This was happening as of Oct 20, 2023, 5:00pm.  Have restarted the box, no change.

There was another post about sound dropping out on NBC. This seems to be an ongoing issue.

We are also having issues with no sound on local shows in NBC. I have ran everything through the trouble shooting and restarted box. Very frustrated at this point.
