So I guess the Peacock thing is a scam

I was told that I'd get free Peacock Premium for two years with my Xfinity service. Come to find out, everything is behind a paywall. So I'm actually getting nothing, or some basic subscription that doesn't let me watch anything. Now I see how many people have the same complaint. I'd expect nothing less from this horrible company (Xfinity).

Do you currently subscribe to our Xfinity Gigabit Internet or faster Internet speeds or a Diamond/Platinum Xfinity Rewards member?

I signed up for the 1 GB internet mid October and I’m also a platinum member. I have “chatted” with live representatives twice,  gone directly back to the store I signed up with and called Xfinity customer service directly. I have been assured by all the representatives that the issue would be fixed, and I was basically dismissed by the store employee because they don’t deal with the promotions. Nothing has been done. Very disappointing and frustrating to see so many people having the same issue and Xfinity could care less.

@pred1960​ I am having the same problem. There are records of this being a problem for customers for at least 2 years now...
