Remote sends me to H&I, not METV

When I speak into the remote and ask for METV it sends me to H&I. If I say H&I, I get H&I. How can I fix this?

Hello, @user_6g92lr thank you for taking time to create a post. I definitely understand wanting to investigate the MeTV concern for a resolution. I checked my service using the voice remote, and both MeTV and H&I networks pulled up for me on different channels.

Please let me know if you're still experiencing the issue with MeTV not being found when attempting to use the voice remote. We do update channels occasionally, did you happen to check your channel lineup to ensure MeTV hadn't been removed: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/id11-channel-lineup ?

Another great troubleshooting step for issues with a remote, you can unpair it: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-remote-unpair then pair it back up to see if that helps correct the issue: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/programming-your-xfinity-remote

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I'm still having the problem. I have MeTV in my favorites list and am able to watch it that way but speaking to the remote is so much easier. Also, when I speak into the remote "MeTV" appears next to the mic icon, but then it sends me to H&I. Strange?

As for unpairing, I worry how much work will be involved to "re-pair" it. :) Get the TV set up again? Other things?
