My NFL Redzone feed keeps freezing and pausing. Seems like this is happening with other users as well. What is the issue?

Hearing that it is free preview week. Seems the channel can’t handle the traffic. Maddening! Activated the app via Apple TV and it’s much better!

Very unwatchable. And plan on an hour of circus if you call Comcast for a refund.

OMG! Why is this still happening? My TV access has been glitching since 10am every few minutes. Subscribers (esp. NorCal) should be reimbursed for this entire day.

Yea Redzone glitching. Cannot watch it. Anyone look into $ compensation on cable bill as this is a specific service we are paying for?

OMG! Redzone on my TV has been buffering every 5 minutes since 10 AM this morning. It is so frustrating! Subscribers, especially those in Northern California, should be reimbursed for this entire day!! It’s not acceptable.
