My NFL Redzone feed keeps freezing and pausing. Seems like this is happening with other users as well. What is the issue?

Redzone is glitching and cutting out..right on big plays, sucks..why is this?? 12:13 pm pst on the west coast

ours too. The good news is comcast thinks it is my htmi. - sigh- Even though it is only red zone with the issue and it is on each of my tvs. They refuse to say it is anything other than MY hardware. Not a great experience.

Same issue in Fairfield, CA.  Thought it was just me at first but looks like a national issue. Hopefully it is fixed asap!

Hello @user_0e8749 I’m sorry to hear you're having issues with Redzone. Does this happen with every game? How are you watching via stream or cable box? If you're watching through your cable box have you confirmed all your connections are finger tight and secure?

Are you only experiencing this issue with Redzone or other channels freezing?

Have you had the opportunity to reset your modem and device to see if the issue continues?
