Red zone icon on my Xfinity app

Hi,

why can’t I click the red zone app? Nothing happens. I have the Xfinity app on my Apple TV. The link shows up under featured but doesn’t work.

@Najam0217 Thank you for following back up with us for not being able to access the channel in the Xfinity Stream app. When you select the channel is redzone showing on the main screen when you open the app or are you searching for the channel? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the Xfinity Stream app on your apple TV device? Are you able to access other networks and view the programming?

It’s an icon in the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled yet nothing. I am not sure why it will not work

Was the service working before in the past, and have you made any changes lately to your services? Red Zone is part of the Sports and entertainment package, and removing it would remove access to the Network.

I didn’t remove it. Not sure what needs to be done or if someone could call me

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
