RE: Activate Your Peacock Premium Plan – Update from Xfinity
Good afternoon. I am an Xfinity Diamond member and also have the Gigabit internet plan. I have been streaming Peacock on my bedroom TV for years without a problem and really enjoy the 4K and Dolby Vision/ Atmos content, but when I downloaded the Peacock app to my new living room TV and Firestick I don't get content in 4K or either of the Dolby formats. The picture almost seems like HD at the very best, and sometimes seems even softer with no HDR in sight. I've deleted and reinstalled the app in the living room multiple times but still no DV or 4K. Can you advise? Thanks!

Hello @user_t3dpeg how are you? Have you reset your modem? The quality of your wireless signal is going to be what impacts your streaming quality the most. If the living room is a lot further away from the modem I would also make sure you can try a 2.4 GHz network versus a 5.0 GHz network.
