Premium channels in HD (besides the main ones)

On my channel lineup, it shows the following:

34610 HBO2 HD

Getting these would be great, as only the main premium channels are in HD and not the multiplex ones. Is there a way to get them?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

Sorry, but you're a little late. Your incompetent employees when I called in couldn't figure it out and kept giving me answers in which I was proving them wrong at every turn. They promised a call back from the second tier in a 2 hour window which never happened. This even happened in the store with the bad answers. I cancelled my TV portion and went back to DirecTV, who have NO trouble giving me said channels in HD. Do better. I think I deserve a credit for all this hassle.
