Peacock through rewards no longer working

I've had Peacock Premium through Rewards for a while, a few days ago, it stopped working. It still appears on my bill, but Peacock itself acts like I'm no longer subscribed. Any fix?

Has anything recently changed with your services such as changes made to the plan?

@XfinityJanelle​ I recently changed my cable modem equipment. 

Peacock just acts like I'm not subscribed to  a plan any more.

@user_fes0xv I'd like to take a look at your account to see if this new modem is the cause of the problem. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
