Peacock subscription

I thought platinum and diamond members got Peacock for free? I just received an email asking me to sign up for Peacock.

Please advise,

user_qtbsb4 Thank you so much for stopping in for help with your free Peacock offer. There were a few free offers with Peacock included at one time. Of course, the Rewards offer, but also with some speed tier options it was also included. The options included with your internet speed tier are the ones that have a time frame. Check out our support article to make sure you correctly redeemed the Rewards offer and not the offer connected to your speed.

It was the in my Xfinity

Rewards offers, it does not say in the terms and conditions that it expires.

user_qtbsb4 That is correct, it does not! You may have had both offers active. Most commonly, customer use the offer that was included with their internet speed first. The Rewards offer does not expire, so if it is still showing redeeming, I would try to use the information shown in the Important notes for Diamond and Platinum tier Xfinity Rewards customers section to help get you logged in.

How do I go about getting this corrected? I don't see anything in the support pages for this issue.

We can certainly work to have things taken care of for you @user_qtbsb4!  Please feel free to shoot us a private message with your details, and we can get things started.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

user_qtbsb4 We appreciate your time working with us in a DM. It was determined that the Peacock offer was good for 2 years and yours had expired. If you are interested in continuing the Peacock subscription you would have to subscribe and pay monthly, though there is the Xfinity Stream Saver option that adds additional value with Netflix and Apple TV + included with the Peacock subscription for just $15.00 a month. You can learn more about that by clicking this link. I hope you have a great rest of your week.

Disappointed by this answer especially since  the rep XfinityAmandaB said that this reward doesn’t expire.
