Same here. I wouldn't  bother asking on here. Xfinity has given a big middle finger to their customers. I've given up and started transferring my service to a company that actually responded to me.

@user_16a12d​ I did what you did and got nothing as well. Then a couple of months later I got an email saying to open my xFinity app and click "Activate Now." There in the xFinity app on my iPhone was a square announcing Peacock and a little blue smudge that was the "Active Now" link. Clicked and everything connected. Now, why can't xFinity make this easily accessible from the rewards page? Why did the active email and app link suddenly appear?

@user_16a12d​   I have the exact same thing. I still get the activate now box. When I sign in, I get the message of, ‘You may already have Peacock. Can’t link accounts’ I have contacted FCC. I heard back from Comcast saying they had been contacted by FCC. Comcast/ Xfinity then advised to do the yellow banner click thing, which has never worked. FCC only requires Comcast to contact me. There’s no over-site to fix the issue. Xfinity is now MIA. I will continue to bug FCC until Xfinity is tired of being contacted by FCC. This whole thing is stupid!

@user_16a12d​ - Did you find a resolution?  I get the same thing and have been msging/chatting with Ask Xfinity (which sent me to Peacock Customer Care team who said it's an Xfinity issue) and have also called Xfinity (which resulted in working with contacts at the call center who tell me "i ran the diagnostics and you should be fine in an hour.)  I'm not sure where i'm supposed to go as it's just an endless circle of between Peacock and Xfinity.

Ok so after a day of fighting with peacock and Xfinity chat bots I was able to get my peacock premium subscription turned back on but now I can no longer manage it.

Peacock says I need to manage it through Xfinity but when you click on that link it takes you to an Xfinity page and there is nothing there about peacock?????

Add or manage streaming services

@moledig​ , What is there to manage? It’s a free service. At least you have it. I went thru FCC and still fighting with Xfinity. They’re total i*iots over there. I’m convinced they’re just screwing with me now.

Well for one, I want to add back the ad-free "Plus" option that I lost somehow when I switch from the free peacock premium I had to the new free peacock premium they now offer to select customers. But failing that I would want to cancel the free service all together so I can go back to what I had before all this craziness happen.

I asked Xfinity if they would just deduct $10 monthly from my bill and I would get Peacock on my own.   It was no surprise that they declined.  And I still do not have Peacock.

I have not been able to activate my free Peacock Premium service for a month now. I am a Diamond member as well as a 1 gig subscriber. I have a case ECM number from 12 days ago and never heard anything back. I called today and was told it was already activated and to contact Peacock, I did and they said contact Xfinity. I never activated it and never saw the activation option on the app in the rewards section.

Similar situation - seems like the only updates (which are fruitless) are from direct messaging that got me to an ECM number.  You'd think it could be as easy as offering Diamond/1 Gig subscribers a promotional code to enter versus this endless circle of no resolution.  hoping for the best!!!

October 13th and this is STILL not working. I've been on the phone with Xfinity six times and just get the run-around... Finally escalated to '2nd level' and they told me it was a 'known issue' with no resoution time window.  [Edit: inflammatory comment]

I have been *escalted* also after contacting FCC and they were forced to contact me. I have been talking with an *executive* in customer care😂 She’s basically a kid sitting in a cubicle, passing the blame back to me because I’m not using the correct email address. I have no clue why these kids are being paid for the job they’re doing, or in our case, not doing. When I told her they’re just playing with the customer, and getting big but chuckles out if it,she sent blank emails that quickly disappeared in retaliation. Whole customer service department is a joke.

@moledig​ I have been told the same.  My diamond status entitles me to Peacock.  However, typical of xfinity, I do not have nor do I expect to have Peacock in the near future.   My Amazon firetv was delivered yesterday and SLING is looking might good

So let me get this straight.... If you received free Peacock through the gigabit subscription, there is no way to upgrade to ad free except to create a new account and pay full price? Is this for real? I just bricked my peacock account for ads?

This whole free Peacock perk has been an absolute clown show. Is this even legal? There's literally no way to unhook your subscription from Peacock even with the Flex box. Wish I never signed up for it and going to be canceling all Comcast services. Lots of internet options available in my area so no need to put up with this terrible customer service.

Doesn’t work for me.

l log into Peacock TV with my xfinity email and the only prompt is to subscribe at $5.99 a month. No ”manage on xfinity.com”or “billed by xfinity” anywhere. The frustrating part is that I am looking at my bill with it’s “Peacock Premium free for 24 months” statement, I have yet to receive it since 9/11/23 and hope that at some point that 24 month clock is reset to when this issue is resolved.

I still cannot claim my free Peacock for gigabit customers.  I have no banner appearing in the chat or any offer in my rewards.  When I log into my Peacock account, no ”manage on xfinity.com”or “billed by xfinity” appear anywhere.  Please help!

I signed up for the reward a while back and never got the email that was promised on how to set it up.  Also never got an activate here banner.  This is very frustrating.

It was more than a month till I got that email. It told me to open my xFinity app. There in the app on my iPhone was a message box. In small blue print was the "Activate Now" label. I clicked that and after unteen months of frustration I finally got Peacock.

OK now that this worked after an awful amount of time and some of us finally got the Peacock Premium, how on earth can we get it ad free again? I don't see an option to get the ad-free version and I'm not willing to watch Peacock with ads. So for me personally this is still useless, unless I'm overlooking something...

Any ideas?

Comcast has made the IMHO bizarre decision to prevent customers from adding Premium Plus to the free Premium offer. This is very disappointing and a pretty stupid decision. So this whole 2 year "free" premium Peacock promo is just complete and utter BS.
From how they rolled it out (or tried to roll it out), over how long it took to get it to work for most people, to the fact that we are now annoyed with ads and no way to get it ad free again. This is just ridiculous... 

Who is working in the comcast marketing department? Who makes these utterly dumb decisions in a billion dollar company?

I waited and waited for my Peacock activation and then Peacock had an offer for a full year for $35, so I paid for it. Right after, I received my activation from Xfinity. There is no way that I am going to cancel Peacock and the great rate I got and put my trust in Xfinity.
