Peacock Sc@m

Peacock offer is a scam and irregardless of what you were told or read of it being free. You still have to pay for premium to watch absolutely anything available on the site. This is another method of EXTORTION by Comcast / Xfinity. They charge outrageous prices for [Edited: "Language"] service as they are aware they have no competitors in rural areas. They take full advantage of citizens and customers forcing us to use their product bc we don't have another choice. Then giving us the absolute bare minimum. Having such a a hard time getting to customers service lines and talking to an actual person is a total lie. As every call is actually being screened by a paid operator based in the Philippines. These people are listening to you struggle as you go through the dial up process to reach them and often work from home. Therefore they are laughing at you with their families. We as customers are entertainment for them the operators of customer service. The broken language barrier is a further example of how little Comcast actually cares. Based out of Sullivan county NY Comcast has come a long way away from the sticks. Yet has no further charm. Gary. If you haven't rolled over if your grave yet. I shake my head at you whereas we once shook hands. I'm disappointed and disgraced beyond all shadow of doubt this company has gone to the dogs in a ditch. Operators are paid by the minute to waist your time when youre having problems and [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. Without issue calling you privileged for even having internet. Then they retaliate by slowing your speeds or dropping your connection if you leave a bad review. High prices, scam offers, little to no to manipulative customer service, black outs, and little competitive offers. This website blocks all complains that have anything to do with tarnishing the companies image this is unfair practice by far and needs to be shut down. Do not select any tags.
