peacock premium
I am a diamond customer and I'm unable to get Peacock Premium through the Xfinity rewards program. I tried signing into Peacock, I used my Xfinity log in information, it says I'm activated, but Peacock doesn't recognize that I have Peacock Premium. I went to the Xfinity Rewards site and Peacock Premium isn't an option on that page. I verified on My Account on Xfinity website that I have Peacock Premium but the status tab is blank so I don't know if it has actually been linked to my Xfinity account. I tried every single link to sign in or activate Peacock Premium and none of them work.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
