Peacock Premium Reward for Diamond Status

I've had Peacock Premium as a reward for a while but now when I log in it wants me to purchase a plan. It shows it's an active reward on my account. How do I get reconnected?

Hello user_19m4dq thanks so much for taking the time to reach out here via our Xfinity Forums!  With the Peacock Premium you've had up to this point, was that redeemed initially through the Xfinity Membership program(formerly Xfinity Rewards)?  And have you recently had any plan changes or activated new promotions for your services?

Yes, it was an Xfinity Reward. The only thing I did last week was return a TV adapter that wasn't being used. Nothing else changed. I spoke with someone in the billing area today and they confirmed I should have access.

@user_19m4dq, the peacock premium offering typically expires after 24 months. We can perform some additional research on our end to confirm. Feel free to send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
