Peacock issues

I have always been able to access Peacock.  Recently I find i can watch some programs but not Yellowstone.  I have had multiple calls with xfinity and activations etc.  Still does not work.  I was told to contact Peacock because this IS included in my plan.  As usual I have spent hours on the phone.  So spent more time with Peacock.  They say I do not have an account with the email I see in the account.  Something they sent me says something about a trial through xfinity may have expired, but no one at xfinity mentioned that.  One more difficulty with my ongoing issues with xfinity.  It never ends.  Please advise.
