Peacock activation

Hello,

I have been trying to activate my peacock reward to my account. I have contacted support multiple times, and they keep saying it is fixed. Upon trying the link itself, it keeps popping up with, “

Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. Here’s How to Find It

PPG_0017_0581436 “

I have removed old address from account, tried multitude of different emails both associated to my Xfinity as well as not included. 

I have no clue how to fix this. Please help!

The message you are seeing usually means there is still a previous Peacock account linked on the backend, even if it is not visible on your side. We would be happy to take a closer look and help get this fully resolved for you.

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
