Peacock activated but can’t get login working

1. I have been a Xfinity customer for many years and when signing up for a new plan Peacock Premium is included in my plan.

2. I have activated my Peacock account, and that’s is confirmed by multiple Xfinity customer service executives  but when I try to watch something that is Peacock Premium I am asked to subscribe

3. I am signed into Peacock on my TV with the same email that I activated Peacock with.

4. I have tried speaking with several customer service reps, reset passwords, waited for the information to flow from xfinity to Peacock, to no avail. 

Please help me resolve this issue.

Hello @Ejieieio! Thank you for being with Xfinity for so many years and for reaching out to us for help with accessing peacock on our Xfinity Forums. I'm sorry that you are having trouble with accessing the premium account after you completed the activation. I know it's annoying when you can't access the added perks of an account when you sign up for the services. However, you are in the right place for help. Since you have been with us for many years you may also receive peacock premium for free with our Xfinity Rewards program. Do you know if you are a rewards member and if you are in the Diamond or Platinum tier? This is one of the awesome ways Xfinity is able to say thank you for being with us for a long time! 
When you activated the peacock premium service did you use the same email address for the primary user on your account? I have seen that cause some hiccups with other customers. Don't worry, we will help get you streaming the awesome shows peacock has to offer.

I am having the same problem.  My Peacock Premium shows as active on the xfinity website but I don't see how to create a username and password for Peacock, which I need in order to access it.

We’re glad you reached out, because this part can definitely be confusing.

 

When Peacock Premium shows as active on your Xfinity account, that means the benefit is already linked, but you don’t actually create a separate Peacock username and password through Xfinity. Instead, you activate it using the email address tied to your Xfinity ID.

 

Here’s what to do:

Go to peacocktv.com and select Sign In.
Enter the email address associated with your Xfinity account.
If you’ve never set up Peacock before, choose Forgot Password to create a password for that email.

 

That process completes the activation and sets your login credentials directly with Peacock.

 

If you sign in and it still doesn’t recognize your Premium access, let us know. In that case, we’ll want to check that the entitlement fully synced on the backend and resend the activation if needed.
