Paramount

I subscribe to but cannot get Paramount + and am being overcharged on my bill. I have logged 10 hrs of my time with support calls, had a tech to my home. Confirmed multiple times I should be receiving Paramount +. Four times had a call back scheduled from a Director level person each time was blown off and no call received.   The techs boss acknowledged this was a persistent problem with other accounts and no one at XFinity cares enough to fix it. 

So my problem is two fold. 1) I’m not getting the services I’m paying for and 2) I’m being over charged.  

Not even certain where to post this a no one will take ownership. I spoke to every department.  No one cares about customer service.
