I signed up and paid for Paramount+ showtime through xfinity. But I can't get into any paramount plus movies and t v series.

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I understand you are having some trouble accessing your Paramount+ Showtime content. Once you purchase the add-on. You'll have access to the full Paramount+ with SHOWTIME On Demand library, 8 linear channels, and voice remote integration. Can you tell me more about the issues that occur when you attempt to access the channels or on-demand content?

I purchased paramount plus and cannot access the app on my tv.  What is wrong?

I can understand how frustrating that would be after purchasing Paramount+ and expecting it to work right away on your TV.

To help narrow this down, can you let us know how you purchased Paramount+? For example, was it purchased through Xfinity, directly through Paramount+, or through another provider?

Also, what device are you trying to watch it on? Is it an X1 TV Box, Xumo Stream Box, Smart TV app, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, or another device?

If you're seeing an error message or code when attempting to sign in or launch the app, please share that as well. That information will help determine whether this is an activation, authentication, or device compatibility issue.

Any additional details you can provide will allow us, and the community, to better assist you.
