Paramount plus error 04036

I have only been able to watch paramount plus a couple times now getting the error.  Not very happy that I pay for something and it doesn't work.  I rebooted the cable box and the internet modem. I got a new cable box about 3 months ago.  But I will say the TV is very slow in changing channels and loading different apps like Hulu and Netflix as well as paramount plus.

Paramount Plus has been one of my favorite streaming platforms! We are here to help. Are you only having issues watching Paramount Plus through your cable box? Have you tried watching the streaming platform on any other devices?

Same here.  Can't access the app.  Swapped out for new box (very slow argh), code entered for device and keep getting codes.  Xfinity escalated to advance repair team who claim "outages with Paramount+", and will text me when resolved.  Days/weeks/months?

getting APPS 04036 on paramount plus start up multiple retries can get the content moving, then it freezes again then restart the content and it continues for a short time then freezes again

Error code 04036 keeps me from accessing via smart TV yet I can access on my computer.  Please get this fixed.  PS  rebooting does not work!

This is awful. And the suggestion to clear the cache did nothing to fix the problem and instead messed up all my saved logins.
