Paramount Plus Audio HORRIBLE

Im on Xfinity and Paramount Plus audio is sub standard.  Does VIACOM or Xfinity understand basic CODEC'S?  If you need more competent BO&E people... Contact Filcro Media Staffing. There is no excuse for this!!!

That is certainly not the experience that we want you or anyone else to have when trying to enjoy shows on Paramount Plus, @user_cced21. What type of device are you using to watch Paramount Plus? Have you noticed this issue on multiple devices? Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps to see if that helps, from uninstalling/reinstalling the application if applicable?

@XfinityJoshD​ Hi, Using x6700h by HDMI to your STB.  Ap was deleted and reinstalled twice on the STB.  The center channel is not resolving.  I have no issues with any other ap's or OTT broadcaster with audio resolution, channel seperation or miltichannel decoding. HBO, Netflix, Prime all work fine.  Issue is with the Ap, NOC or headend?
