Pac-12 networks but I can't logon to the pac-12 app as a message states that I am not subscribed but I am.

In my channel lineup it states that I am subscribed to the Pac-12 networks but I can't logon to the pac-12 app as a message states that I am not subscribed but I am.

Hello there @Number-13! Thank you so much for your post in our Xfinity community forum for help with the Pac 12 app. I was able to confirm that the Pac 12 app is definitely an app you can take advantage of as an Xfinity user! When you log in to any 3rd party app for subscriptions attached to your Xfinity services please make sure you are using the email address and login information associated with your Xfinity ID after picking Xfinity as your provider in the dropdown. You can always check out what you have on file for your email address in your Xfinity My Account! Thank you Amanda. I want to add some background information. I use multiple tv apps to view tv. When asked to confirm my provider I click on xfinity and in a few seconds I am logged into whatever app I I use and am subscribed to. Pac-12 gives me a message after choosing xfinity stating that Pac 12 is not part of my tv package. I have tried this on tv,phone and laptop hard plugged into the network. 

I spent about 2 hours on the phone today and still can't use it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide all of these details. I can truly understand how frustrating this must be when you know that you have access to this programming. Are you logging in using the Xfinity App or are you logging directly into the Pac-12 app? Also when logging in are you using the primary username for the account?

Ok I think I figured this out. If you are on another Xfinity network, not your own with your TV package attached, and that network doesn't have the PAC 12 on it, you can't authenticate it sends the error message. Authenticate off the cell tower and then go back to the Xfinity network you are using OR authenticate off your network and then connect to the network that won't authenticate. We're having to jump through all these hoops because Xfinity won't let us cast, then they can't figure out why people are leaving.

@user_bcaf2f. I get what you are saying and you shouldn't have to do that. That is an issue that pops up sometimes and what helps work on it is putting in a ticket. Let me know if you would like to do that.
