I do not show anything being shown in 4K for the Olympic trials, and yes I have the 4K box. Why is nothing right now like the UEFA Championships, COPA America, or Olympic Trials in 4K?  What’s the point of paying for 4K, and almost nothing is broadcast except apps that I can use directly on my tv and dont even need Xfinity for?

NBC broadcast is not doing 4K for the trials.  But, many of the Peacock feeds are 4K HDR.  The lack of 4K broadcast content is not a Comcast problem.   It's the program providers who offer very little in the way of 4K.

When do you expect to announce the 4K plans for the Olympics?  Peacock aside, NBC will have three hours a night in primetime, nine hours in daytime (much of it live event coverage), and many events on other cable channels like USA, E, and the Golf Channel.  How much of that will be provided by Xfinity in 4K HDR or Dolby Vision? And will the 4K content be on dedicated channels as it was the last couple of Olympics?  Thanks.

My understanding is that it is limited to USA Network. Cable Companies have been slow to dedicate the selves to giving us 4k, and rarely if ever true 4k. It is upscaled. Even when available they rarely dedicate the bandwidth needed.

Yes, I posted those questions a month ago.  We've learned a lot since then.
