No audio on newsmax

All other channels seem to work fine. Newsmax video is fine but no audio!

@user_d3b9dc Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. Is this channel or any others still giving you any audio problems? For most audio issues, this link, TV Audio Troubleshooting, can help review some options to help correct it. We can also help test a few things and report the channel(s) as well if needed.

I just fixed it. I followed the instruction from the Xfinity employee... went to the link TV audio troubleshooting...

Turn off Audio Description, using the Xfinity voice remote.

My TV in the living room (the newest in the house) doesn’t audio work on newsmax channel only. The other TVs in the house work perfectly fine on the same channel.

Hello @user_2m7ai3 we definitley want to ensure all of your channels are working. Have you followed the suggestions provided in this thread previously and tried any TV Audio Issue Troubleshooting and/or Turning audio description on/off to see if this helps?
