NHL Center Ice problems

I have been reading lots of posts/complaints about error XRE-03137 with trouble connecting. It has been happening several times a night to me trying to watch a game. 5 to 6 times screen going black missing 10 to 15 minutes of the game easily. I paid $70 for 4 months of games and this is unacceptable. Please fix this. Thank you.

Looking forward to trying the Center Ice preview tonight to see if the Islanders game will be on or blacked out.  ESPN+ block them out, even though for 3 seasons now I can't watch them since XFinity seem incapable of working out their dispute with MSG Network.  3 seasons of no games available, yet still blacked out all of the time.

Same issue here with Center Ice for the past three weeks. I have been a Center Ice subscriber for 10 years and there have been some temporary hiccups along the way but nothing like this.

Every game has been jacked up and becomes unwatchable. 

I tape most of the games I want to watch to my Comcast DVR and the next morning they disappear or are unwatchable as the games freeze or fast forward on their own.

It might be time to cancel if this cannot be fixed.

I thinks it's time for a class action lawsuit...I, (we), have all paid for a service that is not being delivered on a consistent basis.

I am experiencing the same problem as many of the posts here. Error code XRE-03137. Started 2 days ago. Same thing happened last year during the hockey season. This is really unacceptable.

Watching the Carolina game, Just went out. 8:04pm. Anyone see a pattern here? There is a full slate of games tonight and now getting the error notice. It was fine this afternoon when there was only one game and last night 1/5 there were two games and no problem. Tonight multiple games and it won’t connect. I’m going to do a direct message. But I think it is time for Comcast to refund if they can’t or won’t provide the service that they sold.

6-Jan and still failing. I'll be watching an NHL game and then bang, black screen of death. Try other NHL center ice channels and they do not connect. No improvements. Xfinity is forcing me to get ESPN+. They probably get a cut of that bill too to host the channel.

This has been going on every day for the last week on NHL Center Ice. Does Xfinity/Comcast plan to fix the issue or issue refunds?

I saw on another thread related to this issue that Comcast is aware of the issue and their engineers are working on it.  Of course, no ETA on a fix.

Yes, they've been working on it for over a week.   Glad Comcast engineers don't work on Space Shuttle issues.....

Experiencing same issues.  I record channel 3086, NY Rangers, and the last few weeks the recordings have had major skips or stop working.  Rarely have I made it thru to the end.  Tonight I was watching live after recording failed, then screen went black, sat there for a few minutes, same error eventually came up. Tried two other games, the same.  

Can confirm that this also affects the streaming app, not just my DVR.

So sick of paying for a service and not getting it.  They should be automatically refunding for NHL Center Ice as it is not working at all. Calling them is a joke. They should be paying me for my time troubleshooting their issue.  Xfinity, I am demanding a refund for services not provided!

Same issue for me.  None of the NHL CI Channels on Xfinity seem to be working for me. Tried a system refresh and that did not work.  Able to watch on ESPN+ through my Roku.

I’m not convinced Comcast monitors their own forums.  When I called them last night to report this issue I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone, mostly waiting, spoke to 4 service agents and none of them were aware of the problem.  I found these comments in the forum and told them that others are having this problem also.  I don’t know how to get their attention on this issue.  I would encourage you all to post Google, Better Business Bureau and Trust Pilot reviews as these get some companies attention.

Everyone having this problem needs to call and demand a prorated refund for as long as this occurs. I called and am getting a refund. If it continues I will keep calling and demanding more refunds. The only way to make them do something is to stop paying for a service they are unable to provide. Why would they fix what’s broken if people keep paying?  This is exactly what I told them.
