NHL Center Ice Package
I'm trying to cancel my NHL Center Ice Package and I can't get thru to anyone. The robot keeps asking me questions that are irrelevant. Is anyone having the same issue trying to talk to a human vs brainless AI!!!

Say "Agent" into your phone. Start with the Main Menu. When you get to adding services, at the very least, "Agent" should get you someone to talk to. I've had trouble getting it! Hardly any of the foreign people even know about hockey nor how to access this premium channel. Every year it's like this with NHL.

Does anyone know how to order NHL Center Ice? Comcast's web site always says come back in the fall and it never updates. I can't find any ordering information on the TV either. For a company that's so greedy they make it really hard to purchase services.

Not aware of it auto renewing. I've received letters from comcast autorenewing MLB extra innings and NBA league pass (last year for the first time and got one for this year a few weeks ago), but I've never received one for Center Ice despite always subscribing to it.

You are correct. I am having the very same experience. I tried cancelling online and you can't. There is a number to call. You call the number, and the automated system tells you to go online and make changes. It's a vicious circle. When we recently moved, I had the absolute worst customer service experience ever trying to get our TV, phone and internet services connected. Comcast is too big. They bank on the fact that you don't have the time to deal with them and that you'll eventually just stop trying to change something UNLESS you are willing to buy something more and spend more money.

Don’t even order center ice package. I’ve had so many problems. Just tonight I sit down to watch recording of Flyers/Panthers and it glitches through the entire first period. Other games glitch 5,12, 30 minutes at a time. It’s unwatchable. One game glitched from 10 mins left in 3rd to middle of shootout. Of the 15 or so flyers games that were on Center Ice (not TNT or ESPN) I would say 80% have glitched huge chunks of the game. It’s infuriating.
