@user_vfx27c I understand how frustrating this is for our valued customers as the programming agreement has expired. You can learn more about NFL agreement and how our programming agreements work by clicking here.

Truly is amazing. Who has our best interest? Disney/ESPN or Xfinity? I don’t understand how anyone has any respect towards the customer?

I’m bewildered as one wants to show the programming while others want to shut it down to what, prove a point?
What did the customer ever do but keep paying for cable service. What we are paying for we are currently not getting because like two siblings arguing, one will always be right in their eyes while the other suffers for wanting to share.

Ridiculously stupid. Eventually this will get resolved but why must it come to this? A profit of over 100 billion dollars and yet they can’t afford to absorb the costs.
  What aren’t we seeing?

When will this end? When will NFL NETWORK come back to the Xfinity lineup? We pay for it but yet we aren’t allowed to access it due to contract negotiations.
Why? No one knows, apparently.

What? NFL NETWORK and Disney/ESPN are apparently discussing what they should do…

When? Starting on May 1st paying customers aren’t allowed to watch a channel they pay for.

Where? At homes or businesses nationwide Xfinity is not allowing customers to watch what customers pay for.

Who? Subscribers like you are affected.

How? 100 billion profits by executives of Xfinity can’t absorb costs.

Is this correct?
