NFL Network Programming No Longer Available.

Our agreement to carry NFL Network expired, so it’s no longer available with Xfinity. This includes NFL RedZone and any other related Xfinity Stream and On Demand programming.

Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and, so far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for its customers.

We know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience. For more information, you can visit xfinity.com/programmingchanges.

This is ridiculous that you guys have decided to blackout these two channels we pay for this on our extended package and you guys decided to play [Edited: "Profanity"] ball and black it out. The idea that you think that it’s Disney’s fault because they wanted it on normal channels and it’s forcing people to watch it I’m forced to watch DIY or Fox News or lifetime. I don’t want those. I want the NFL network that’s why I pay for it. Get your [Edited: "Profanity"] straight this is [Edited: "Profanity"]. I don’t wanna have Switch providers, but we pay for this. You guys are being totally unreasonable fix this.

When can I expect a resolution to the NFL issue?

Xfinity is going to lose so many subs if this isn't resolved. I would think the people in charge would see overpaying to have NFLNet and RedZone in their lineup far outweighs the massive exodus that will happen if this is not back soon.

This has gotten to the ridiculous point!! It's been 4 freakin' months already!

Pre-season starts next week and now we are gonna start missing games!!

If I hear " Comcast/Xfinity is trying to get the best deal for our customers" one more time I'm gonna puke! You greedy billionaires can kiss my ***!!! Time to move on to Fubo or Hulu!!!

I think the only thing Comcast listens to is the sound of money, if enough of us take our money elsewhere, then they may possibly listen.

Or else they will just copy and paste the standard blah blah blah that is all they seem to have to say.

Go On Take The Money and Run!!!

@Dtuna42

same is me. And they still not saying anything about the contract. Like do Xfinity care about their customers. Because a lot of people are leaving Xfinity if this not fixed by the open of the season. We can even see preseason football unless it’s our home team game ridiculous Xfinity should be ashamed of himself. Where is the owner of Xfinity?

So we pay an extra amount each month for that channel along with some others that are part of a bundle. I don't have access to the NFL channel but you are still charging me the same amount. It would seem to me that since there's been no change, I might assume a class action suit might find it's way to litigation since we (the collective)  have paid in good faith but you (the provider) has not delivered as you claimed you would when we made the agreement to pay more. Seems to me that you are negligent and could be found at fault and responsible for reparations to everyone here that is being denied what they paid for.   Do the right thing a get a new settlement in place before the season starts.  Losing customers will hurt your bottom line, not to mention the addition of all the negative press.

I am am 20+ year customer and I pay over $335 for my internet and television services. I do feel it's over-priced, but I have always had good service and don't want to switch. I watch NFL Network more than any other channel in my lineup and if I am forced to be without NFL Network and especially RedZone during the season I will leave. This is ridiculous and has gone beyond just inconvenience for your paying customers. The two companies need to get to the table and figure this out NOW. It's a bad look for both companies and bad business for your customers.

When will you complete a deal with the nfl network and red zone? If the is no deal then can we expect a reduction in our monthly bill as you are providing less channels in your lineup?

Customers should get a credit for losing the NFL channel and the Red zone. If you don't have them back in time for the start of the season, I will be looking for alternative choices.

That’s what I’ve been saying I get [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] Internet service because the cables back here in this neighborhood are from the 1990s, so my Internet cuts out all the time and then they take the NFL channel away. I feel like I’m paying for nothing now.
I will also be looking for an alternative service for my Internet for my television for streaming and for the four phones that I currently have through Xfinity also, [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"]

You mean Disney/ESPN hasn’t proposed a contract that’s good enough for you guys, if you cared about your customers, you would lower my bill for taking away something that I watch the most.

The ONLY reason I have Comcast is for football.  You don’t fix this…. You will loose a 25 yr customer.  I know I am not alone.

One of the reasons I added premium sports service at Comcast was, among other things, to have access to the NFL Channel.  I've been on the edge over cutting the cord with Comcast, but this may well be the tipping point.  I'd rather subscribe to NFL+ and go the the source than be held hostage by the suits at Comcast.

I’m done with Xfinity if they don’t give me NFL channel and NFL red zone.  I’ve been given no discount since losing them and I pay to much already.  They have until week 1 then I’m changing.
