NFL Network Programming No Longer Available.

Our agreement to carry NFL Network expired, so it’s no longer available with Xfinity. This includes NFL RedZone and any other related Xfinity Stream and On Demand programming.

Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and, so far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for its customers.

We know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience. For more information, you can visit xfinity.com/programmingchanges.

Are you guys in active contract talks with the NFL still, or did you give up on that? Are you guys trying to figure something out? I pay approximately $400 a month for cable. The sports package is one of the reasons why. Hopefully you figure it out within the next month or so.

Xfinity needs to get these channels back now that training camps for the NFL are opening!!!

I and I'm sure thousands of others are tired of big companies like ESPN and Xfinity [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"]over their customers just so they can make another billion dollars!!!

Either reduce my my monthly bill significantly or get these channels back!!!

Tomorrow morning ESPN will devote 3 hours to covering training camp across the league. NFL Network's coverage of training camps extends all weekend long and throughout the rest of preseason. I wouldn't stand too close to the Xfinity exit doors. A stampede is coming.

NFL Network proclaimed on the program 'Good Morning Football' that their channel is available through the ESPN app.  ESPN Unlimited is being 'provided' through my Xfinity package, as I am told.  I went to the App, attempted to view NFL Network and was alerted that the channel was not available in my area and to contact my Pay-TV provider.  I figured with this impasse Xfinity is also finding the way to block our access through the App too.  Even though I am paying ESPN directly, I still can't get it because Unlimited is through Xfinity and Disney won't let me subscribe to it while I have it through my Pay-TV provider.  I attempted to drop Unlimited from my Subscriptions, and the site told me to kick rocks because the only way to remove Unlimited was dump the ENTIRE ESPN PLATFORM, which is part of whatever tier I am paying Xfinity to receive.  It is likely one of the base tiers, which means I would lose everything else.  I completely realize that whichever Employee would review and respond to this likely won't have the complete answer, or can provide one, but is there any way to extract ESPN Unlimited from the ESPN Platform without having to drop the tier in which ESPN is assigned and lose even more channels?  Thank you.

user_6hdv1c, Effective February 26, 2026, Xfinity subscribers to any TV tier that includes the ESPN channel will have access to ESPN Unlimited, which you can read about here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/espn-plus-on-x1-flex. Can you tell me what issues you had accessing your content on the app?

@user_h9s4fd they don't care about customers and retaining them, like you im leaving xfinity,  im calling Monday to three providers.  The original cable/internet company in my area, DirectTv, and Verizon....whoever gives me the best deal with the NFL PACKERS gets my business

This is the kind of nonsense that makes me want to switch to Verizon or other providers

Xfinity y’all need to get NFL Network back on this channel. NFL season is coming up and Xfinity customers cannot watch the preseason games on NFL Network. This is ridiculous. What about your customers that likes football. I don’t think I’m about to change services I’ve been with y’all for 11 years and I think it’s time to change services so I can watch NFL football

Why am I still being charged for the NFL Network and Redzone when Xfinity is no longer offering it for viewing? Seems like theft.

What is the status of those negotiations?

Agree I’d like to know status because if I don’t have nfl network and red zone by the start of season I will cancel and go elsewhere.

Ok so I have had comcast and have been paying for the redzone and NFL network for Years. So IF your big corporate  heads can just make a deal for your customer we pay EXTRA to have the service and So Far I have no service for3 plus Months and Still Paying. Will Comcast be sending out REBATES for all of us waiting ? I have Fios continually contacting me so I am  talking it over with my Wife if we should just MOVE ON . This is ridiculous we are missing all the great Training Camp previews and I love watching all the old games on the network.

Simply put xfinity could careless losing customers,  if they cared they would be working hard to resolve this issue and at the very least adjust our monthly bill

I, too, will be moving my subscription to YouTube TV if NFL Network and RedZone aren’t restored by 8/31. By far, the highest cable bill which I have been willing to pay. But only if I can get what I’ve been paying for. If NFLN and RZ aren’t restored and unavailable, easy decision to move to a less costly service and still have access to everything I want. Tick tock.

SO IF YOU PAY EXTRA FOR THE "SPORTS PACKAGE" WITH XFINITY.. PART OF WHICH IS THE NFL NETWORK... WILL XFINITY REDUCE YOUR MONTHLY BILL UNTIL THE DISPUTE IS SETTLED OR SHOULD YOU JUST GO TO THE DISH NETWORK WHEN NFL SEASON BEGINS ????
