Nfl Network missing
I'd like to know if we're not going to have the NFL Network and NFL RedZone any longer, is there going to be some sort of rebate or some money taking off of our huge bill that we get through Xfinity. One of the main reasons I got the sports package was because of the NFL Network and to be quite honest we shouldn't have to pay for a sports package if it's not going to have the main sport that we purchased it for on it

Agree fully us Comcast Customers definitely deserve some sort of rebate or credit on our bill monthly until this is resolved!

I know we're all early awaiting the upcoming NFL season, there's a few storylines I'll be tracking this year myself. At this time there will be no credits or bill decreases due to the expiration of the agreement. If a new agreement with Disney/ESPN, the owners of NFL Network and NFL RedZone, isn’t reached, the impact on current or future charges will be evaluated. If you'd like we could review your channel lineup, and make some adjustments for the time being. Closer to the start of the season we could perform another review based on the current landscape. How does that sound?
