News 12 New Jersey

I have a roku device now due to the fact I can’t afford the $255 monthly charge. 
now I find out i cant stream New Jersey 12 news unless i have optimum or fios. Why is this?

Can you please confirm whether are you connected to your in-home network when attempting to watch? Are you getting any error messages?

Yes im on home network. No error. 
when it asks for my provider xfinity is not an option. Only optimum or fios

@user_3fixp4 Are you using the Xfinity Stream app or another app to try and watch that channel? The link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/id11-channel-lineup can be helpful in locating your channel lineup for your address.
