New Cable
I got cable hooked up yesterday; the nice young man who did the service showed me how to to to Roku and back but I didn't write it down and now I don't know how to get back to Xfinity from Roku.

It may depend on whether Roku is built into your TV, or you have a separate box or "stick" for Roku.
Look for a button on your Xfinity remote marked something like Source or TV Input. That usually switches between the cable box, Roku, and your DVD player if you have one. It's usually in the upper left or upper right corner (whichever one doesn't turn the TV on and off.) If it's like mine, you may have to press it multiple times until you get back to Xfinity. You do the same thing to get back to Roku.

The reason it may need more than on push of the source button is because the tv has a number of sources for connections.
