NBC Sports Channel glitching

I can’t stand this any longer. Every baseball game we watch on NBC sports is glitching, pixelated, and freezing. Go to the next channel it’s perfect. The glitching happens on both TVs, it’s not the wiring it’s not the house it’s not the TV it’s not the cable box. We don’t need a technician at the house. It’s something on your end Xfinity/NBC. Get it fixed! I’ve read other forums and there’s other people saying the same thing. This needs to be fixed now! Unacceptable

To get started, please send us a direct chat message with your full name and service address to Xfinity Support. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

Same here for me with NBCSN. Freezes every few seconds. Absolutely ridiculous. No issues with other channels etc.

What is wrong with NBC SN. This is the only channel that freezes momentarily….FIX IT XFINITY

Please select the chat icon in the top right-hand corner. Then search for Xfinity Support. Please make sure to provide your full name and service address.

Any idea if this issue has a solution? I’m also experiencing the glitch and pixel freezing on the NBC Sports channel. It’s the only channel that does this on both TVs. It’s very frustrating to have this happen every few minutes while watching sports. Please help. Thanks!
