NBC sound dropouts

Like many Comcast customers in Chicago have posted , NBC ch 188drops sound every few minutes. Has been going on for weeks. Especially during sports. Can you fix it ? It’s a general fundamental problem, not due to someone’s home set up.

Also, can you double-check your Audio Connection Cables, Jacks, and Ports for your Comcast Equipment for any physical damage, noticeable issues, or a loose connection that may impact audio connections?
