NBC sound dropouts

Like many Comcast customers in Chicago have posted , NBC ch 188drops sound every few minutes.  Has been going on for weeks.   Especially during sports. Can you fix it ? It’s a general fundamental problem, not due to someone’s home set up.

Same here.  Really quite annoying, especially how much I'm paying for the service.

We want this issue resolved and for you to enjoy your favorite NBC shows, @user_kdj84t! Can you confirm if you've completed the Xfinity TV Audio Issue Troubleshooting steps? Also, can you double-check your Audio Connection Cables, Jacks, and Ports for your Comcast Equipment for any physical damage, noticeable issues, or a loose connection that may impact audio connections?
